i have opened a Folksy shop to see how things go, i was amazed to sell both things in my shop within a week! so ive listed more, happy me!



I may even put paintings and prints here, not sure yet, ill see what happens.

i am doing mystele's fantastic class Gut Art, its inspired me to paint more, and not be afraid to actually show people, so here is what i have been doing.

this is just the first week!! there are twelve weeks (i think), and i am so excited as to what i will be painting then.......

NEVER ENDING! ......PART 1

well i didn't realise just how many knitting/crochet projects i have unfinished, i thought i would sort out a small cupboard that i have filled with such projects in my dining room. Oops! this is what i found, and yes i am doing it in parts........many 'wips'!

some fab mohair from a charity shop that i planned to make a shawl but cant find the pattern!

a top of a lovely slouchy crochet hat, and i have lost the pattern!

some fabulous hand spun by me!!! knitted in to funny cross over squares, i think this was a rowan R2 pattern, and yep you guessed it i cant find it! I was thinking that somehow i will be able to turn it into a scarf.

these very nice cabled arm warmers that were intended for my niece last Christmas.....ops again!
all that needs doing is the ends tucked in and blocked, then they are done, maybe she will have them this Christmas??

i really don't think i should start knitting any more things till I've finished something! But.....yes but! i would very much like a snoody cowl thing for winter....hmmmmmmm, yes i have yarn! don't get me started on that, i have bags and bags and bags of the stuff! mohair, merino, lambswool , cotton, fancies you name it i have it, maybe i should sort that lot out too! i a bit scared to though as i know there must be some more 'wips' amongst it all!
